Management a staff? Why?


         Tell me, what is most valuable in your organization? If you think that the people who compose it, then I can assure you it is true. Now, probably every educated leader understands that in any organization the most valuable things, are the employees, and from them, depends largely the prosperity of the company or the inverse, the collapse. Not all staff, of course, is equally important, but this does not mean that you have less worry about them.
         Unfortunately, how many in the worlds,
good firms, at the height of its activity, suddenly or slowly, are being ruined due to circumstances completely separate of the head person’s commercial talent and skills. These hardly noticeable reasons were their own employees. It is quite normal, law-abiding and decent people become the problem because of improper professional selection, initially and then subsequently, because the lack of inappropriate management of personnel over time. A couple other reasons for difficulties within the company are that the employees began to work as if they were doing a favor, turning to a path of betrayal, or letting the company become easy prey for competitors.
         According to the research of U.S. experts in the field of management, in each organization, more than a quarter of employees, because of dissatisfaction with the production process and personal umbrage are engaged in sabotage. And how much loss is associated with this type of sabotage? It is hard to find an expert able to calculate this. And is it necessary?
        In developed economies,
low unemployment and companies with "hard" laws, easy the track down the processes occurring within the organization. Aggrieved employees are trying to achieve justice but frequently just resign or move to another job. That is, the leadership has a real opportunity to monitor the situation occurring within the organization. Such situations are: staff turnovers, complaints, and claims of their subordinates to change their attitude towards work. If the turnover is more than 30%, there will likely have big problems with staff. And what is happening in our domestic companies?
